Refund policy

If you aren’t satisfied with your order for any reason you may return it for a full refund or exchange it within 15 days of confirmed delivery. The order must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached.

In order to initiate a return/exchange please email customercare@samuelreiz.com within 15 days of delivery, and we will email you a prepaid shipping label.

After receiving and approving your return  we will refund  the full order amount to your original payment method.

We will not arrange or pay for return shipping on orders shipped outside of the USA and Canada.
